1. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- Eligibility Window: You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Product: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made wallets and products with visible signs of use or damage by the customer are not eligible.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@sewwave.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address at your own cost, unless the item was defective or wrong.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@sewwave.com.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. To request an exchange, contact support@sewwave.com within 7 days of delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
